My current 'lunchbox' is a plastic shopping bag I get from my trips to the grocery store. While it's a relatively free option (I do have to pay for the groceries) it's not fashionable (at all) and it doesn't keep things in order. There's been a number of days when I have to throw stuff out or spend part of my work day cleaning up a mess made due to a spill in my lunch. I've known I need a lunchbox for some time now and the Prepd Pack looks like the one I've been waiting for.

Eating healthy has a lot to do with portion control and that's the idea behind the containers you'll find inside the Prepd Pack. Industrial workers and farmers in the mid-1800s couldn't come home at noon to eat so they packed food into sturdy dinner pails and old cleaned-out tobacco tins. Later, kids (wanting to be like "Dad") began taking their school lunches in similar pails and tins. And that's how theĀ concept of bringing a meal to work originated.
