On February 21, 2016, the Modern Art & Design Auction will feature Frank Lloyd Wright's George D. Sturges Residence. Frank Lloyd Wright designed this single-family house for George D. Sturges in Brentwood Heights neighborhood in Los Angeles, CA. Although the single-story home, which was built in 1939, is rather small (1,200 sq ft) it does feature a 21-ft panoramic deck. The home is made out of concrete, steel, brick and redwood.
